If you ever visit Albuquerque, New Mexico or if you live in Albuquerque you must go dine at Holy Cow! Holy cow uses top quality grass-fed beef New Mexico sourced from their own local Kellers. They also use fresh NOT frozen fries, shakes, and they also have a great beer and wine list. They do not serve veggie burgers but they do have an option for a thick cut of grilled eggplant as your patty and you can opt to have it with or without cheese.
My co-workers and I have dined twice at Holy Cow. It is madatory for us to order the sweet potato fries and we also had to try the parmesan zucchini fries! I always go for the green chile cheese burger! Last time we went we topped off our meal with their heavenly chocolate milkshake! Bottom line everything was heavenly at Holy Cow! We are definitely going to have to go back on Friday for our lunch hour!
